The trailer of Prime Mininster Narendra Modi’s biopic, PM Narendra Modi was unveiled a few days ago and while different people have different opinions about it, the credit slate left Javed Akhtar shocked. Javed Akhtar has been credited as the lyricist of the movie along with Prasoon Joshi, Sameer, Abhendra Kumar Upadhyay, Sardarra Parry G and Layraj. When this came to Javed Akhtar’s notice, he was shocked as he hasn’t penned the lyrics for the movie. Akhtar denied writing song for the movie in his tweet, which reads, “Am shocked to find my name on the poster of this film. Have not written any songs for it!” Even Sameer is shocked at seeing his name on the credit slate as he too hasn’t worked on the movie. He said that they are perturbed and are planning to take some sort of action. Directed by Omung Kumar, the film stars Vivek Oberoi in the lead role and is slated to release on April 5.
