In yet another display of mob taking the law into their hand, a woman in Arrah district was paraded naked on charges of murdering a youth. The incident happened at Bihiya in Arrah where body 20-year old Bimlesh Sah was found on the railway track. Soon after the body of Bimlesh, a native of Damodarpur village was found, local indulged in widespread violence alleging that residents of the nearby red light area were behind the killing.
