A 50-year-old homeless woman was run over on Sunday in New Delhi's Connaught Place by a 20-year-old woman. The woman was killed on the spot. The accident occurred late Sunday night when the accused Shreya Agarwal, was speeding on the wrong side of the road in Connaught Place's Outer Circle. The victim, identified as Phoolwati, was a homeless woman who used to beg on the streets.
