Deewaanapan is a Bollywood movie, released on 16 November 2001. It stars Arjun Rampal and Dia Mirza. Directed by Ashu Trikha and written by Rajesh Singh. Om Puri and Vinod Khanna have supporting roles along with Smita Jaykar, Rakesh Bedi, Avtar Gill, Amita Nangia, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Sharat Saxena. A country boy falls in love with the daughter of a rich man, and moves to the city to be with her. But the girl's father is determined to go to any length to break up the mismatched romance.
