The Supreme Court today dealt a huge blow to the BJP by ordering a floor test in Karnataka assembly tomorrow at 4 p.m. The BJP lawyer, Mukul Rohatgi, tried his best in postponing the floor test to a later date but the Supreme Court not only rejected his requests but also pronounced that the Congress-JDS MLAs should be provided ample security for the floor test. The three-judge bench also ordered that sitting Chief Minister, B.S. Yeddyurappa should not make any executive orders until the floor test is conducted.
