Every 90’s child can never forget the mantra “Shring, Bring, Sarvaling, Bhoot Bhavishya, Vartaman Badaling” from the fun, adorable and super entertaining fantasy-sitcom ‘Shararat’. We simply adored the fairy-tale adventures of Jia, nani, and mummy that made us believe in magic and fairytales 1. Jia aka Shruti Seth Jia was a cute innocent girl, in love with Dhruv. Initially, she wasn’t aware of the fact that she was a fairy (and had magical powers), like her maa and nani. But Jia’s life takes a better turn when she discovered that she can also do magic like her nani and mom. The character of Jia was portrayed by actor Shruti Sheth. Shruti has played pivotal roles in films like Fanaa, Tara Rum Pum, and Rajneeti. The actress has also hosted the series ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’. 2. Nani aka Farida Jalal Admit or not, Jia’s nani was the cutest! Farida Jalal played the naughty, cute, fun and sensitive nani (granny) of Jia aka Shruti Seth. Not only on this show, even after that, this veteran actress went on to play the role of a mother/grandmother in many films and we have always loved her in all her characters. 3. Radha aka Poonam Narula & Eva Grover Poonam Narula Radha was a housewife, who wielded her magical powers as per her convenience (especially to complete daily chores). We were always impressed by the way she used to juggle between being a housewife and a pari. Poonam Narula initially played the role of Radha, which was later played by Eva Grover. Eva Grover Both the actresses did a wonderful job on this show and also after the show they have been featured in a lot of popular Television serials. Eva Grover was last seen in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hai’ and Santram Varma’s ‘Tashan-e-Ishq’. 4. Dhruv aka Karanvir Bohra Dhruv aka Karanvir Bohra played Jia’s love interest in the show, but they never confessed to each other about their love. Cute and innocent looking Karan of 90’s is still ruling the Television industry after being a hunky and adorable father of two cute angels, Bella and Vienna. Karanvir is very well known for his versatile roles in Saubhagyavati Bhava, Qubool Hai and Naagin 2. He had also made a guest appearance on Bigg Boss 11. 5.
