Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash has alleged that he was assaulted by two Aam Aadmi Party MLA's at Arvind Kejriwal's residence. The Chief Secretary has filed a complaint with the Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal over the alleged manhandling. Meanwhile, the Delhi government has refuted the Chief Secretary's allegations.
