Capt. Kapil Kundu's body was laid to rest with full honours on Monday night. The whole village assembled to pay respect to their hero; however, some notable absentees were also there. Neither the CM, Manohar Lal Khattar, nor any minister bothered to attend the funeral. This has drawn staunch criticisms from Capt.
